I’ve had a lot of experience over the past 3 years with this subject. I went through litereally 50+ different companies on the interent trying to make money while I was in college. There’s sooo much crap out there and companies that promise you the world but deliver nothing but hype, it takes a while to seperate the crap from the genuine money making opportunities.

Now after sooo many disapointments I’m using a crowd called Data Entry Pro and it’s now making me money (finally!) online.

Anyway, basically you sign up with them and then once your logged in you just fill in as many forms as you like in their members section and you get paid for each one. I get checks from them every 2 weeks each averaging around $250-$350. You could make more but I just use the site as an extra income stream aswell as my full time job so I only work on it for around an hour each night.

You do have to be prepared to spend a little money though if you want to do anything online like this but it´s already been worth it for me.

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies.

You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job.

These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as “work at home” because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

Be careful of the ones that promise overnight riches for doing practically nothing. The saying, “If it sounds too good to be true….” applies.

Depends if you want to spend money or not. I (and this is my personal opinion) think that free business cards are nice for small projects or hobbies (I mean you get what you pay for). But if you are like me and want glossy extremely professional looking cards, go to www.overnightprints.com . They are reasonable with their prices for middle to large companies. For instance, it cost me $40 for a set of 250 cards and this covers the u/v coating, front and back of your card (your business information), (it’s cheaper if you just want the front of your card with wording) shipping and handling and I used the design your own card feature where I designed my card using my designing software that I have here at home. I also get my other materials from there such as brochures, envelopes and letterheads. And they are very quick! Check them out. What’s to lose? Good luck to you!

I would suggest ordering your business cards at a Office Depot or Staples. Both stores have personalized print stations and specialize in high quality professional business cards at low prices. You can pick the color, thickiness of the paper used for the cards and pick the text style. The prices vary but I’m sure you’ll be very happy with the finished product.

VistaPrint is crap unless you’re okay with them making unauthorized charges to your credit card and then selling your info to anyone willing to pay for it. Besides that, more than once I’ve had to fix a VistaPrint job for a customer because the backs of the cards haven’t lined up with the fronts.

I’m not sure why using an online printer is important here. Unless mobility is an issue you’re always, always better off talking to someone in person.

To put a job that small on a press, alone, will cost a few hundred dollars. For 250 cards, your job will be run on a big community sheet with at least a dozen other cards — unless you know precisely why you want a UV coating on them, you might be better off doing your cards digitally and perhaps having a matte or glossy film applied.

I would say your best option is to contact a trade printer in your nearest major city and find out who you need to send your job to so that they get it. Trade printers only print for other printers, but because it isn’t a front for a credit card scam you can have more confidence in the quality of the work. I will tell you that you’re probably looking at 500 cards minimum, but for a price difference of under $40.
