Brenton Parker answers:

Try this website, its a tournament where you can gamble your luck to make a lot of money and I mean real money. The good news is that you don’t have to use any money to pay are sign up because they give you a penny where you can double it each time you win. You actually have a better chance of winning than playing the lotto about a million dollars if you have the brains and luck to. Why are they going to give you money? That’s because they are already making tons of money from you by making you watching there advertisement that other sites pay them to, just like you tube for example, especially before playing a game. This is not a scam site because at first i thought it was until i search the internet and even came on here to see if there are anything that people are talking about the site so I have already did my homework. Also by you clicking my referral link I should make some buck are two. And you can do the same if you refer some more people about the site. This is my referral link where you can go to the website @

I need quick money for fuel etc to get to my new job just until pay day. I hate borrowing off anyone so i need a way i can make extra money fast!! Like a place you can sell unused items or a job idea that will work quick!!

Brenton Parker answers:

Make Money with Direct Sales

Direct sales is another good way to make money working part time from home.

With direct sales, you sell products for another company. Avon is probably the name most associated with direct sales, but you can find companies offering all sorts of products you can sell, including clothes, candles, scrapbooking kits, food, electronics, and much more.

Some people make plenty of money with direct sales just by selling their products to friends, family members, and co-workers.

Joseph asks…

How can i make extra money online?

I need extra money to pay for bill etc… Ho do i make money online?

Brenton Parker answers:

There are many ways to make money online.

I found this the best for beginners:

http://www.thirtydayschallenge2008.com

It is free and can give you a great foundation.

As for ways to make money online, here is one HUGE list:
http://mashable.com/2007/07/30/make-money-online/

Helen asks…

What’s a good way to make extra money on the internet?

I’m just looking to make a little extra cash. Anyone knows of a good, legitimate way to make money off the net that’s not a scam.

Brenton Parker answers:

There are many good work from home jobs and there are many good home based businesses. A job is one where someone will pay you to do their work at home. A home based business is one where you’ll earn commissions for running a business from home. If you’re just looking to be paid for your services, do your research…you have to know the type of job you want to do, then look for companies that offer that type of job.

Nancy asks…

I’m looking for an extra way to make money on the side?

What is a good side business to make extra money? I work full time and want extra income as well. (I’m looking for something in the way of breeding an animal or something.) I already gamble and win some money sometimes.

Brenton Parker answers:

If you know about animal breeding why dont you put up your own website and educate others. On the website you could place advertising that will bring in an additional income. Just a thought!

James asks…

How to make extra money at home??

I have a full time job right now but i would like to pick up some extra money also. With me working a full time job and taking care of home I dont really have time to go back and forth to two different jobs. Does anyone know of a good way to make money from home? I have 24/7 access to computer and internet. Thanks in advance!

Brenton Parker answers:

Follow this link

John asks…

What are some ways to make extra money (only 14)?

I don’t want any ways to make money online I don’t believe and/or trust those things. I already babysit and get an allowance but I am going to NYC soon and I wanted to try and make extra cash for it. Thanks to everyone who answers!!!

Brenton Parker answers:

I get alot of money from tutoring and I am only 14! If there is a kid at your school or church who is looking for a tutor propose a small fee! I tutor my exchange student for $5 an hour and it really pays off!

Your Questions About Make Extra Money In Nyc

Thomas asks…

How can I make extra money to get out of debt faster?

I seriously feel stuck.. I work about 55 hours a week right now.

I just got my car paid off; my credit card debt is exactly $6278.74, and exactly $11,291.43 in student loans.

I feel like if I could get all my debt paid off, I could save up enough money quickly to actually move.

I think I would be ok with just paying off the credit cards, because my student loans are consolidated and the payment is $155.71 a month.. So I could swing it.

Please offer me advice. Please let me know where I should go from here. I’ve wanted to move there for years, but every so often I throw the thought out of my head because I feel like it’s never going to happen.

I live in Ohio I am 28 and single. I live with my parents at the moment. I am looking for apartments around here reluctantly, but I’m on the waiting list.. I really feel like if I move into one here, I’ll never be able to save up enough to move to NYC. Please give me your advice. I’ve been there a few times, and love it. How can I make money other ways, what can I sell? Help me please.

Brenton Parker answers:

I don’t think you’re stuck. I just think you need to have a better handle on your finances. If I were you, the first thing I would do is create a monthly budget. Let’s how you spend your money every month. If i had to guess, I’d say you’d have a lot more room for debt repayment if you were more organized about where your money goes. Living with your parents, I’m assuming that you don’t pay rent or if you do it’s very low. Working 55 hours and having low rent, I can’t imagine that you can’t find $500-1000 per month to put into debt. Cut your lifestyle and bite the bullet. It can be done.

Having a handle on your budget is also important looking down the road. If you can’t afford to pay back your debt while living at home, how can you expect to live within your budget when you actually do have rent to pay?

It can be done, but it’s all about getting the income up and spending money responsibly.

Joseph asks…

I want to move to NYC, how do I make a budget?

Here are some details..

I need extra money… Would Avon or Mary Kay be worth my while.. Or babysitting?

I’m 26, not getting any younger.. I have no kids and I’m not in a relationship… I really have nothing to keep me here.

I’m so tired of the way my life is going..
I’ve wanted to move to NYC for the longest time.. But don’t know how to go about it..

I’ve been there about 5 times, and love it so much… I get so sad when I have to go back home..

I’m now working 2 jobs..
I have about 3 K in credit card debt..
I have student loans that total about 18 k, Car payment about 6 k left on there…

I’m so tired of not being able to live the life I want, because of money issues..

Please offer me some advice.. I wish I had a life coach or something..

Is there a way I could make extra money on top of what I’m doing now? I’m tired of the debt.. My student loans are 200 total a month.. I’m not worrying about paying those off right away.. Because I consider that good debt..

But the credit cards need to go!!!

I make about $1,000 dollars a month from one job.. And about $400 a month from my other job..
Yeah I need to find another job, or other ways to make money.. This isn’t working.

My total in bills a month = 557.38 + around 160.00 a month for gas = $717.38

I want to be a success story, other people have overcame the odds and have done great things with there lives..

Thanks in advance, I appreciate it!

PS: I live in Ohio, I’m unhappy here.. And don’t want to be stuck!

PS: I don’t plan on bringing a car to NYC.

My FICO score is 748.. and if i get my debt paid off it will raise it, so hopefully I’ll get a good deal on an apartment when i do move.

And No I won’t settle for another city! I need to work something out!

I want to pay as much of my debt off as a I can before I go, I don’t want debt to be an excuse not to follow my dream.. Cause there will always be some obstacle.

I live with my parents, but they don’t charge me rent…
I have about $250 bucks in savings..
I still have my $600 rebate check from the govt that I haven’t cashed yet..

My parents want me to move out, because they love me and want me to start my own life.. Do you think I could accomplish my goal in 6 or 7 months.. If I work really really hard.. I plan on selling everything I don’t need.. And I’ll live in Ramen if I have too..

I play Publishers Clearing house everyday..

Brenton Parker answers:

New York City has one of the highest costs of living, take that into consideration, you need to make sure you have a job lined up there before you move and as much money as you can saved up to move there.

Can I earn good money cocktail waitressing in NYC?

I have a day job mon-fri 9-5, but would like to make some extra cash. My availability is only open during the evening, and I’d prefer to work thurs-sun. Would a job as a cocktail waitress in a nyc night club be worth the lack of sleep?

Brenton Parker answers:

I’m an Avon rep and I love it. You sound like you are a determined young lady and willing to work hard. Avon is a home based direct selling business. Direct selling is a legitimate industry and a great way to own your own business and/or just earn extra money. The benefits include

Work part-time or full-time – you choose when and how much you want to work.
Set your own goals and determine yourself how to reach them.
Earn in proportion to your own efforts. The level of success you can achieve is limited only by your willingness to work hard.
Own a business of your own with very little or no capital investment.
Receive training and support from an established company.
What you need to decide is if this is something you would enjoy. One nice thing is you can work when its convenient to you and do alot of it from home.

You can earn money if you treat it like a business. Make sure you don’t waste money unnecessarily buying things you don’t need. Combine errands with deliveries to conserve gas, get office accounts where you get several orders per account etc.

How Avon works is you sell the product to family, friends etc. Avon bills you the discounted price. You collect the full price from your customers and the difference between the 2 is your paycheck. I dont’ find the ordering and delivering that time consuming but you do need to find customers. You don’t want to depend on your family and friends but they are a great place to start. You definately need to expand beyond them. You can ask them to share your brochures with their family, friends, and coworkers. Talk to the people you come into contact with every day….coworkers, mom’s at the bus stop, neighbors, the people at the local deli where you get your coffee in the morning, the tellers where you do your banking etc etc. They call it the power of 3. Talk to 3 people a day about Avon. Collect a 100 no’s in 30 days….chances are good you’ll get more yes’s than no’s.

For your first campaign you will earn 50% commission when you place your order online. For your Second, Third, and Fourth campaigns, you will earn 50% commission provided your orders are greater than $50, and you place your orders online. After your first four campaigns, the commission structure is as follows:
Order Size Earnings
$1550 or more 50%
$900 – $1549 45%
$425 – $899 40%
$285 – $424 35%
$145 – $284 30%
$25 – $144 20%
$00 – $24 0%
Licensed products are earned at 20% commission.

There are also licensed items such as Disney, Curves etc plus watches, shoes and handbags that are at a 20% fixed commission rate. So what your customers buy can vary the amount your would make. You definitely want to find cosmetics and skin care customers they are the way to make money…especially those interested in skin care as they are the higher priced items. Cosmetics and skin care are things customers will order again and again as they run out. The fixed commission items are definitely good for raising the total order size and by doing that may raise the commission you make on the Avon core products. So for some ideas on what you could make….
As a David McConnell Member which is product sales of over $66,500 you would make about $30,000 a yr.

If you go into leadership as an Executive Unit Leader you could make approximately $56,000 a yr, Senior Executive Leaders make about $134,000 a year. Combining leadership with sales is the best way to make good money with Avon.

The average customer order is $25….I find my average order is usually a little higher. However taking $25 as an average at 40% commission you earn about $10 a customer. If you sell to 20 customers you would make $200 per campaign. Now if some of those sales are in the 20% commission you would then make less.

If you make President’s Club which is sales of $10,100 in a year you are guaranteed a 40%/25% commission each campaign regardless of the order size from the time you make PC and the whole next selling cycle. That is something all reps should shoot for. It is definitely the way to make good money. Last year I sold $20,000 and made Honor Society. The perks didn’t change as far as commissions go but they do offer other things for achieving that level of selling.

I have 3 k in a CD but I don’t want to use that..

I KNOW I NEED TO SAVE MORE MONEY! I’m not planning on moving to NYC with $850 dollars.
I KNOW the cost of living is HIGH.
I KNOW I need to consider transportation there!

My parents want me to move out, because they love me and want me to start my own life.. Do you think I could accomplish my goal in 6 or 7 months.. If I work really really hard.. I plan on selling everything I don’t need.. And I’ll live in Ramen if I have too..

I Know I need Roommates, but none of my friends want to leave Akron, which I find Crazy lol.

What could I do for extra money.. Please give me advice.

Your Questions About Make Extra Money Now

Helen asks…

can anyone give me advice on how to make extra income now days?

It is very difficult to make extra money now with the economy. I work a full time job with very little free time, my problem is trying to save money to get my fiancee here with me from the philippines. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance for any advice you might have.
how about any advice on a low cost internet business????

Brenton Parker answers:

Make it a challenge to cut your spending. Live simply, eat at home, wear what you already have instead of buying more, buy less groceries and shop carefully to find lower prices. Save what you don’t spend. People with irregular free hours might earn more money by selling paintings or crafts they have made. If your free time is regular, you could look for extra work, say perhaps granny sitting to give the usual carers a break, or teaching someone how to play guitar or another instrument. There are lots of ideas which can earn a few dollars. Find a need in your area, and provide a service to meet it.

John asks…

How can I make extra money now from home?

I am broke and the money I make is just enough to pay for my bills and my bills exactly with about $20 left over for myself at the end of the month. I am in school trying to get a college degree here at 21 years old so I can get a decent job.

Anyways what can I do to make some extra money at home? My apartment is just me so I don’t really have a lot of clutter or stuff I can get rid of to sell or sell on eBay. So that idea is out of the question. My cooking and baking is so bad that just trust me a baking and catering business is the worst I could do.
I have tried all sorts of numerous sites offering to pay you for taking online surveys but no help there as all the sites I have tried have turned out to be a scam. Any sites like points2shop I will not do because I have had many problems with these type of sites.

Is there anything out there that can get me some extra money for myself? I have tried everything from points2shop to surveys to KGB and even that ChaCha service and KGB and ChaCha said they were not seeking help at the moment and all my other methods have not been successful.

Brenton Parker answers:

Sell fast moving products online.
Low cost and you can start almost immediately.

To me to make $$ online, you will need a real products that you can resell them online with Ebay/Amazon.
Of course there are many other ways out there, but this is what i know and have been doing it for years.

Where are you based?
I buy at low price and resell them on Ebay/Amazon.
If you are serious and based in USA, then you may pm me.

Laura asks…

I need to make money now?

I need to make some extra money now without getting a second job as I am too busy with school to do that.

I won’t sell anything as I suck at this and plus I have nothing to sell.
No surveys because most are scams and you make pennies on them which is nothing but crap.
No points to shop and no cashcrate related sites because they have all scammed me and I even got viruses from them.

I need a couple grand to get a decent used car. What can you suggest? NO BS stuff or you won’t get your 10 points :)
to the person who says do an e-shop

I will not do porn! I am not some sick twisted perv like yourself. Take your fail elsewhere and e-selling is just as hard as selling for real. So unless you give me details on each and everything I need to do then don’t bother. Thanks but no thanks :(

Brenton Parker answers:

Im afraid money isnt going to fall out of the sky. You’ve ruled out everything and nowhere gives away money. You have to get a job or borrow money. If your still at school i take it you don’t have an overdraft or credit card therefore your going to have to do it the hard way. Work and save. If you want your car so badly you have to work for it.
Im sorry
Rxx

Lisa asks…

Attn: Stay at home moms!!!!How is a legit and worthwhile way to make extra money for your family?

I am a stay at home mother and wife and I really want to continue to stay at home with my baby but it is becoming so hard to make it now . Is there any ways that you personally make extra money for your family!! Thanks for your answers in advance !

Brenton Parker answers:

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies.

You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job.

These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as “work at home” because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

Joseph asks…

Ways to make extra money?

I babysit from home, just one child so far….my husband and I plan on buy a townhouse within the next few months….it will be very helpful b/c I can then be licensed to have my own daycare…Ive got a few kids lined up……I need extra ways I can make money right now, while babysitting from home.

Brenton Parker answers:

You could always make holiday decorations such as wreaths, candles, etc. Then post them on craigslist.org in your area. Im sure you will see results
